We performed some emergency maintainence work yesterday ( 15th Jan ), which involved switching our backbone to a new provider, this work didnt cause any OFF AIR downtime.
However Remote Voice Tracking and interfaces may off been offline for some clients due to a 3rd party DNS routing issue, this has been resolved and we are seeing all systems running.
We also needed to restart one of our VM nodes due to a conflicting NIC issue, this is still being investigated
